I haven’t smoked a cigarette for 5 days.
I smoked my last one Monday evening, before I went to bed.
It hasn’t been easy, but as I said in my plans for 2020, I am determined to succeed, and, so far, my will-power hasn’t let me down.
Keeping busy has helped, so I started my spring cleaning early! My bathroom is spotless, as is my kitchen, including the oven, the fridge-freezer, the insides of the cupboards… etc.
I’ve also cut down on the amount of coffee I drink, because having a break and sitting down with a cuppa, is one of the times I really miss having that cigarette.
I hope your plans for 2020 are going well. I’ve made a start on mine, fingers crossed I can keep it up.
I’ll keep you up to date, but now I’m off to spring clean my living room and ignore that part of me that wants a cigarette!
