Wings of Defiance
The Immortal Sorrows: Book 3
by Sherri A. Wingler
Gwen’s best friend Izzy fell in love with Death. Everyone knows there’s no happy ending to something like that, right? It wasn’t a surprise when tragedy struck in the form of a vengeful Fate, but it left Gwen to pick up the pieces of her life and move on alone.
Devastated and angered by the loss of her friend, she simply wants to withdraw from the world for a while. Too bad for her, because Izzy wasn’t the only one the monsters want. She’s something special, a human who carries Reaper blood, and that makes her valuable to the right people. Her only hope of survival lies in the hands of an inept guardian angel and an egotistical Reaper who’s as sexy as he is lethal.
Don’t miss Wings of Defiance, the third book in the Immortal Sorrows series by Sherri A. Wingler. If you like sexy angels, ruthless demons, or snarky romance, then this book will have you turning the pages! Come check it out!
A Dead Normal Novel
by D M Singh
I am young, in love and dead.
It’s hard to imagine that people or things like me come from somewhere, but just like every superhero or villain, we all have an origin story.
This is mine.
My name is Derek but you can call me Death.
About the Authors:
Sherri Wingler is the author of Wings of Darkness, Book 1 of The Immortal Sorrows series. She lives and works (way more than full-time) in Indiana. She shares her home with her husband, Steve, way too many rescued kitty cats, two geriatric dogs, and a co-dependent Shih-Tzu named Spanky. (Without Spanky’s help, Wings of Darkness would have been finished much sooner!)
When she isn’t working in the real world, or writing stories to keep herself entertained, her spare time is spent raising money for her local Humane Society, in the hopes that she can save at least a few little critters.

Dawn Singh always found comfort in books as a child and from a young age and could be found reading or writing. Her first attempt at fiction was at 10 years old and was entitled Hippo In The House. Dawn wrote and illustrated the book about a little girl, who returns from home to find a Hippo in her bathtub and the trouble they get into trying to return the Hippo to the zoo .
This was a turning point as Dawn decided that from that moment on the only thing she wanted to do was write, she also decided that she would never be an illustrator as her drawing skills were somewhat lacking, to say the least.
Fast forward a few years after school and Dawn married, had three children and completed a degree in counselling and psychology. She returned to writing in 2005 when she had an overwhelming flood of ideas for several stories and began writing immediately at every opportunity.
Dawn is heavily influenced by YA novels, Sci-fi and fantasy, being a huge fan of the genres.
Dawn currently resides with her husband, two daughters, son and cat Mario in Bradford, West Yorkshire in the UK.
