Her debut novel, The Journey of the Marked, is a finalist in The Wishing Shelf Book Awards. She enjoys building out a world that is a cross between high-fantasy and gritty sci-fi.

Besides being an avid reader, she loves to travel and experience new cultures.

Rebecca grew up in Lexington, Kentucky and attended the University of Kentucky. She has also lived in Oregon, Los Angeles, Cincinnati, and Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, England. She currently lives in the eastern part of the US.
